The air discharged from the coal mill enters the powder separator with the material from the lower air duct. After being rectified by the inner cone, it decelerates and rises along the annular channel between the outer cones. into the coarse powder receiving barrel to realize gravity separation. The air after gravity separation takes the material particles to form a stable horizontal vortex powder separation area between the guide vane and the rotor under the action of the guide vane and the rotation of the rotor. The dust particles moving in the eddy current will be affected by gravity, wind force and rotating centrifugal force at the same time. The coarse and heavy particles fall, and are collected into the coarse powder collection cylinder through the inner cone, and then returned to the mill for re-grinding. Changing the rotor speed can effectively adjust the fineness of the finished product.
