Durante la clasificaci\u00f3n, gracias a la forma regular de las part\u00edculas, la trayectoria de movimiento es estable en el campo centr\u00edfugo. El clasificador de flujo de aire de la serie HTS logra una clasificaci\u00f3n de alta precisi\u00f3n con un di\u00e1metro de 97 mm (D97) de 3 \u03bcm, con una tasa de sobretrituraci\u00f3n &lt;5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Polvo de m\u00e1rmol:<\/strong><br>Cuando contiene impurezas duras, como el cuarzo, debe triturarse con un molino de impacto o un molino de flujo de aire (como un molino de colisi\u00f3n de lecho fluidizado), y el consumo de energ\u00eda es entre 20 y 30 Tp3T mayor que el de la calcita. Cuando D97 = 5 \u03bcm, la eficiencia de clasificaci\u00f3n es de tan solo 7 Tp3T de calcita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptabilidad de la modificaci\u00f3n de la superficie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los grupos hidroxilo en la superficie del polvo de calcita son uniformes. Tras la modificaci\u00f3n con \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico (dosis de 1,5-2,01 TP\u2083T), el grado de activaci\u00f3n puede alcanzar 981 TP\u2083T. Es adecuado para aplicaciones que requieren alta dispersabilidad, como tuber\u00edas de PVC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debido a la complejidad de los grupos tensioactivos de las impurezas presentes en el polvo de m\u00e1rmol, la dosis de modificador (como el agente de acoplamiento de titanato) debe aumentarse a 2,5-3,01 TP3T. Dado que el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n es cercano al del PE (1,48 frente a 1,52), la transmitancia solo disminuye en 2-3%. El polvo ultrafino con un D50 de 1 a 3 \u03bcm puede rellenar los poros de la pel\u00edcula de pintura, aumentar el brillo hasta 60\u00b0 (brill\u00f3metro de 60\u00b0) y su baja absorci\u00f3n de aceite puede reducir la cantidad de resina.<br>El uso de polvo de calcita de superficie modificada (grado de activaci\u00f3n &gt; 95%) en la tinta puede mejorar la fluidez (la viscosidad disminuye entre 15 y 20 mPa\u00b7s). Esto puede evitar el problema de obstrucciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Polvo de m\u00e1rmol:<\/strong><br>Se utiliza como \u00e1rido en pinturas para paredes exteriores a base de agua (D50 = 5-10 \u03bcm). Su superficie rugosa mejora la resistencia a las manchas del revestimiento (nivel 1). Sin embargo, la sal soluble en agua debe controlarse a &lt; 0,11 TP3T para evitar la eflorescencia.<br>Debido al efecto fluorescente de las impurezas, no se puede utilizar en tintas curadas con luz ultravioleta (tintas UV), de lo contrario provocar\u00e1 un cambio de color despu\u00e9s del curado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n entre el polvo de calcita y el polvo de m\u00e1rmol se basa esencialmente en un equilibrio triangular de pureza, coste y rendimiento.
