El equipo incluye molinos Raymond modificados (molinos de rodillos suspendidos o molinos oscilantes), molinos de rodillos (molinos de rodillos de prensa\/molinos verticales, molinos de rodillos anulares) y molinos de bolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el carbonato de calcio pesado ultrafino con d97 &lt; 5 \u03bcm, generalmente se utilizan procesos de producci\u00f3n en seco. Se caracterizan por su producci\u00f3n continua en circuito cerrado, clasificaci\u00f3n multietapa, grandes cargas circulantes (300%\u2013500%) y una gran capacidad de producci\u00f3n con una sola m\u00e1quina. Ofrecen altas tasas de molienda y un bajo consumo de energ\u00eda por unidad de producto. Los clasificadores finos internos o externos pueden producir productos ultrafinos con un d97 \u2264 10 \u03bcm. La finura del producto puede ajustarse entre d97 = 5 y 40 \u03bcm, siendo el rango \u00f3ptimo d97 = 10 y 30 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molinos de rodillos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los molinos de rodillos (molinos verticales de rodillos\/laminadores) son uno de los principales equipos a gran escala para la molienda fina y ultrafina de carbonato de calcio molido. Presentan una alta tasa de molienda y un rango \u00f3ptimo de finura del producto de d97 = 15-45 \u03bcm. Tras la incorporaci\u00f3n de clasificadores finos externos, se pueden producir productos ultrafinos con d97 \u2264 10 \u03bcm. Estos productos presentan una buena forma de part\u00edcula, bajos valores de absorci\u00f3n de aceite y son especialmente adecuados para la producci\u00f3n de rellenos para materiales compuestos de poli\u00e9ster insaturado (piedra artificial). El consumo de energ\u00eda y el desgaste tambi\u00e9n son relativamente bajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molienda ultrafina h\u00fameda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de molienda ultrafina h\u00fameda se utiliza principalmente para producir productos (suspensi\u00f3n) de grado papelero con d90 \u2264 2 \u03bcm, d97 \u2264 2 \u03bcm y carbonato de calcio ultrafino con d60 \u2264 2 \u03bcm (que se seca y se utiliza como relleno pl\u00e1stico). Normalmente se emplea un proceso de molienda ultrafina continua de una o dos etapas. La modificaci\u00f3n en h\u00famedo se utiliza con poca frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los equipos comunes de modificaci\u00f3n de la superficie del carbonato de calcio molido incluyen m\u00e1quinas de modificaci\u00f3n continua de la superficie de polvo tipo SLG, m\u00e1quinas de modificaci\u00f3n de acoplamiento de alta eficiencia HEM, mezcladores de calentamiento de alta velocidad, molinos de v\u00f3rtice y molinos de pines. Parte de la modificaci\u00f3n de la superficie del carbonato de calcio pesado se realiza junto con la molienda fina o ultrafina. Los agentes modificadores de la superficie se a\u00f1aden durante el proceso de molienda fina y ultrafina.
