Esta mejora se atribuye principalmente a la molienda ultrafina de mayor energ\u00eda y a un control m\u00e1s preciso de la clasificaci\u00f3n por aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, el aumento sustancial de la superficie espec\u00edfica produce un mayor valor de absorci\u00f3n de aceite (un aumento de aproximadamente 41%), lo que indica una mayor adsorci\u00f3n del polipropileno fundido. Esta mayor interacci\u00f3n superficial desempe\u00f1a un papel crucial en los cambios posteriores en el rendimiento del procesamiento del masterbatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aplicaciones de masterbatch de pl\u00e1stico, las part\u00edculas m\u00e1s finas de carbonato de calcio generalmente causan un menor deterioro de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas. Los resultados de las pruebas se muestran en la Tabla 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tabla 2. significativamente mayor, mientras que el MFR del masterbatch de malla 2500 disminuye en casi 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este fen\u00f3meno se atribuye principalmente a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul PP;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fase de fusi\u00f3n de flujo libre reducida y mayor resistencia al movimiento de la cadena molecular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos hallazgos demuestran claramente que un tama\u00f1o de malla mayor no siempre es mejor y que las ventajas de rendimiento deben coincidir con la capacidad del equipo de procesamiento y los requisitos de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusiones y recomendaciones de ingenier\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" tama\u00f1os de malla y los correspondientes procesos de molienda ultrafina y clasificaci\u00f3n, se pueden extraer las siguientes conclusiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas de carbonato de calcio determina directamente la procesabilidad del masterbatch<\/strong><br>El masterbatch de 1500 mallas muestra un MFR alto de 46,74 g\/10 min, lo que lo hace adecuado para aplicaciones que requieren una alta eficiencia de moldeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El carbonato de calcio de alta malla requiere un equipo de molienda ultrafina avanzado para aprovechar sus ventajas de rendimiento.<\/strong><br>El producto de 2500 mallas ofrece mayor resistencia y potencial de rigidez a trav\u00e9s de una molienda fina y una clasificaci\u00f3n estrecha, pero exige un control de procesamiento y composici\u00f3n m\u00e1s estricto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La absorci\u00f3n de aceite y el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas son factores de acoplamiento clave que afectan el rendimiento del masterbatch.<\/strong><br>A medida que aumenta el tama\u00f1o de la malla, el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o y la mayor absorci\u00f3n de aceite conducen a una menor fluidez y permiten mejorar las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomendaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En la producci\u00f3n industrial de masterbatch relleno de PP, el tama\u00f1o de malla de carbonato de calcio y el equipo de molienda ultrafina deben seleccionarse en funci\u00f3n de los requisitos de uso final:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para una alta eficiencia de procesamiento y productividad \u2192 Se recomienda carbonato de calcio de malla 1500;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para una mayor rigidez y resistencia \u2192 El carbonato de calcio de malla 2500, respaldado por sistemas de clasificaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n y molienda ultrafina de alto rendimiento, es la mejor opci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudio proporciona una gu\u00eda de ingenier\u00eda clara para la selecci\u00f3n precisa de carbonato de calcio y la
