Lors de la classification, la forme r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des particules assure une trajectoire stable dans le champ centrifuge. Sa faible absorption d&#039;huile permet de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sine.<br>L&#039;utilisation de poudre de calcite modifi\u00e9e en surface (degr\u00e9 d&#039;activation &gt; 95%) dans l&#039;encre peut am\u00e9liorer la fluidit\u00e9 (diminution de la viscosit\u00e9 de 15 \u00e0 20 mPa.s). Cela permet d&#039;\u00e9viter le probl\u00e8me de colmatage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poudre de marbre :<\/strong><br>Utilis\u00e9 comme agr\u00e9gat dans les peintures murales ext\u00e9rieures \u00e0 l&#039;eau (D50 = 5-10 \u03bcm), sa surface rugueuse am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance aux taches du rev\u00eatement (niveau de tache 1). Cependant, la teneur en sels hydrosolubles doit \u00eatre maintenue \u00e0 &lt; 0,11 TP3T pour \u00e9viter les efflorescences.<br>En raison de l&#039;effet fluorescent des impuret\u00e9s, il ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les encres durcissant \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette (encres UV), sinon cela provoquera un changement de couleur apr\u00e8s le durcissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix entre la poudre de calcite et la poudre de marbre repose essentiellement sur un \u00e9quilibre triangulaire\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0puret\u00e9\u00a0\u2013\u00a0co\u00fbt\u00a0\u2013\u00a0performance\u00a0\u00bb.
