Ceci s&#039;explique par son faible co\u00fbt, sa blancheur \u00e9lev\u00e9e, sa bonne stabilit\u00e9 chimique et sa forte compatibilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique avec les polym\u00e8res. Il permet de r\u00e9duire efficacement les co\u00fbts de production tout en am\u00e9liorant la rigidit\u00e9, la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la transformation des produits plastiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la pratique industrielle, la conversion du carbonate de calcium en <strong>m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre \u00e0 haute teneur en mati\u00e8res grasses <a href=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/fr\/machines\/ball-mill\/\">rectification ultrafine et modification de surface<\/a><\/strong> Cette m\u00e9thode offre des avantages consid\u00e9rables, notamment des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de compoundage simplifi\u00e9s, une meilleure homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu, une efficacit\u00e9 d&#039;extrusion accrue et une r\u00e9duction de la pollution par les poussi\u00e8res. C&#039;est pourquoi elle est devenue la solution privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e des entreprises de transformation des mati\u00e8res plastiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres \u00e0 base de carbonate de calcium \u00e0 haute charge sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication de tubes extrud\u00e9s, de films, de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es par injection et de produits creux. Gr\u00e2ce aux progr\u00e8s constants des technologies de transformation, la structure des m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres a \u00e9volu\u00e9. On est pass\u00e9 d&#039;un simple remplissage \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de renforcement multicouches \u00e0 base de microparticules. Parmi ceux-ci, <strong>Le carbonate de calcium sert de charge pour le noyau.<\/strong>La taille des particules (maille), leur distribution granulom\u00e9trique, leur puret\u00e9 et leurs caract\u00e9ristiques de surface sont largement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par l&#039;amont. <strong>\u00e9quipement de broyage et de classification ultrafin<\/strong>\u2014affectent directement le comportement de transformation et les performances m\u00e9caniques tant du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre que des produits plastiques finaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9ciser l&#039;influence de la granulom\u00e9trie du carbonate de calcium sur les performances des m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres charg\u00e9s en PP, cette \u00e9tude a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 deux granulom\u00e9tries de carbonate de calcium broy\u00e9. Ces derniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus par broyage ultrafin et classification de pr\u00e9cision (CC-1500 mesh et CC-2500 mesh). Des m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres standards ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre et m\u00e9caniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es. Ceci a permis une analyse syst\u00e9matique des effets des diff\u00e9rences de granulom\u00e9trie sur les performances de modification du PP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/calcium-carbonate.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/calcium-carbonate.webp 800w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/calcium-carbonate-300x179.webp 300w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/calcium-carbonate-768x459.webp 768w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/calcium-carbonate-18x12.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des poudres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux \u00e9chantillons de carbonate de calcium utilis\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude sont <strong>sol de type calcite <a href=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/fr\/\">carbonate de calcium (GCC)<\/a><\/strong>Apr\u00e8s le concassage primaire, les mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;aide de <strong>\u00e9quipement de broyage ultrafin<\/strong>Par exemple\u00a0: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/fr\/astra-portfolio\/high-value-gcc-ground-calcium-carbonate-production-line-in-india\/\">syst\u00e8mes broyeur \u00e0 boulets-classificateur<\/a><\/strong> ou des broyeurs \u00e0 classification pneumatique. Une classification pneumatique \u00e0 haut rendement a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e pour obtenir des produits \u00e0 granulom\u00e9trie \u00e9troite. Un traitement d&#039;activation de surface a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par la suite. Les principaux indicateurs de performance sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le tableau 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tableau 1. Cette am\u00e9lioration est principalement due \u00e0 un broyage ultrafin \u00e0 plus haute \u00e9nergie et \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le plus pr\u00e9cis du classement pneumatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, l&#039;augmentation substantielle de la surface sp\u00e9cifique entra\u00eene une valeur d&#039;absorption d&#039;huile plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (d&#039;environ 41%), indiquant une adsorption plus forte du polypropyl\u00e8ne fondu. Cette interaction de surface renforc\u00e9e joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans les modifications ult\u00e9rieures des performances de traitement du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les applications de m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres pour plastiques, les particules de carbonate de calcium plus fines entra\u00eenent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une moindre d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. Cependant, les particules excessivement fines ont tendance \u00e0 s&#039;agglom\u00e9rer, ce qui exige une capacit\u00e9 de dispersion et une pr\u00e9cision de classification plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent, le carbonate de calcium industriel destin\u00e9 aux m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une granulom\u00e9trie de <strong>\u22651500 mailles<\/strong>, r\u00e9alisable uniquement par <strong>syst\u00e8mes de broyage et de classification ultrafins stables et fiables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus de pr\u00e9paration du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 comme r\u00e9sine support, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des agents de couplage aluminates et \u00e0 des lubrifiants. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait le suivant\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du carbonate de calcium a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit dans un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 grande vitesse et chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 100 \u00b0C pour \u00e9liminer l&#039;humidit\u00e9 de surface ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un agent de couplage \u00e0 base d&#039;aluminate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 pour former un rev\u00eatement stable sur les particules ultrafines, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la compatibilit\u00e9 interfaciale\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De la r\u00e9sine PP et des additifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s et m\u00e9lang\u00e9s pour obtenir une dispersion uniforme ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange a \u00e9t\u00e9 extrud\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud et granul\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une extrudeuse \u00e0 double vis \u00e0 160\u2013200 \u00b0C\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des sp\u00e9cimens d&#039;essai standard ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moul\u00e9s par injection pour l&#039;\u00e9valuation des performances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de noter que plus la taille des particules de carbonate de calcium est fine, plus les exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de cisaillement et de contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature lors du m\u00e9lange sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui souligne encore davantage l&#039;influence d\u00e9cisive de la qualit\u00e9 de la poudre sur la plage de traitement du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effet de la taille des particules de carbonate de calcium sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"635\" src=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PVC-Masterbatch.webp\" alt=\"M\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre PVC\" class=\"wp-image-3731\" srcset=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PVC-Masterbatch.webp 800w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PVC-Masterbatch-300x238.webp 300w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PVC-Masterbatch-768x610.webp 768w, https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PVC-Masterbatch-15x12.webp 15w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effet sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&#039;\u00e9coulement \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;indice de fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud (MFR) est un indicateur cl\u00e9 de la transformabilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le tableau 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tableau 2. contenant du carbonate de calcium de 1500 mesh pr\u00e9sente une fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu nettement sup\u00e9rieure, tandis que l&#039;indice de fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre de 2500 mesh diminue de pr\u00e8s de 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est principalement attribu\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La taille r\u00e9duite des particules r\u00e9sultant du broyage ultrafin augmente consid\u00e9rablement la surface sp\u00e9cifique\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une absorption d&#039;huile plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du carbonate de calcium plus fin conduit \u00e0 une adsorption plus forte du PP fondu\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la phase de fusion libre et augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance au mouvement des cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent clairement qu&#039;une taille de maille plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e n&#039;est pas toujours synonyme de meilleure performance, et que les gains de performance doivent \u00eatre mis en ad\u00e9quation avec les capacit\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9quipement de traitement et les exigences de l&#039;application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusions et recommandations techniques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La taille des particules de carbonate de calcium d\u00e9termine directement la transformabilit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre.<\/strong><br>Le m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre de 1500 mesh pr\u00e9sente un MFR \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 46,74 g\/10 min, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux applications n\u00e9cessitant une efficacit\u00e9 de moulage \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le carbonate de calcium \u00e0 granulom\u00e9trie \u00e9lev\u00e9e n\u00e9cessite un \u00e9quipement de broyage ultrafin de pointe pour exploiter pleinement ses avantages de performance.<\/strong><br>Le produit de 2500 mesh offre un potentiel de r\u00e9sistance et de rigidit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un broyage fin et \u00e0 une classification \u00e9troite, mais exige un contr\u00f4le plus strict du compoundage et du traitement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&#039;absorption d&#039;huile et la taille des particules sont des facteurs cl\u00e9s qui influencent les performances du m\u00e9lange-ma\u00eetre.<\/strong><br>\u00c0 mesure que la taille des mailles augmente, la taille plus petite des particules et l&#039;absorption d&#039;huile plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e entra\u00eenent une r\u00e9duction de la fluidit\u00e9 tout en permettant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques am\u00e9lior\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommandation pratique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la production industrielle de m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres charg\u00e9s en PP, la granulom\u00e9trie du carbonate de calcium et l&#039;\u00e9quipement de broyage ultrafin doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction des exigences d&#039;utilisation finale\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour une efficacit\u00e9 et une productivit\u00e9 de traitement \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u2192 le carbonate de calcium de 1500 mesh est recommand\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour une rigidit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9sistance accrues \u2192 le carbonate de calcium 2500 mesh, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de broyage ultrafin haute performance et de classification de pr\u00e9cision, est le meilleur choix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude fournit des indications techniques claires pour la s\u00e9lection pr\u00e9cise du
