Ces exigences sont pass\u00e9es de 800 mesh \u00e0 2500 mesh, voire plus fines. Cependant, de nouveaux probl\u00e8mes apparaissent fr\u00e9quemment en cours de production. Les produits finis deviennent plus cassants. La limite de charge maximale diminue. La consommation de dispersant augmente et les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de transformation s&#039;envolent. Les d\u00e9penses augmentent, mais les gains de performance globaux restent inf\u00e9rieurs aux attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces probl\u00e8mes d\u00e9coulent de multiples facteurs, mais un maillon essentiel est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9. Le broyage ultrafin \u00e0 sec et le classement fin ne se limitent pas \u00e0 broyer des particules plus fines et \u00e0 les tamiser. Le traitement des charges en poudre est un processus d&#039;ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e9matique. Ils pr\u00e9sentent un taux de r\u00e9duction \u00e9lev\u00e9 et peuvent traiter efficacement les particules grossi\u00e8res jusqu&#039;\u00e0 une taille microm\u00e9trique. Fonctionnant sans billes de broyage, ils garantissent une puret\u00e9 de produit \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour les applications exigeant une blancheur irr\u00e9prochable et un faible taux de contamination. Cependant, leur consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est importante, de l&#039;ordre de 200 \u00e0 500 kWh par tonne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le choix d&#039;un \u00e9quipement ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 opter pour le mod\u00e8le le plus haut de gamme. Sans classification efficace, la stabilit\u00e9 de la distribution granulom\u00e9trique d&#039;un lot \u00e0 l&#039;autre ne peut \u00eatre garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les classificateurs \u00e0 air turbo sont actuellement largement utilis\u00e9s pour le classement fin \u00e0 sec. Leur fonctionnement repose sur une turbine rotative \u00e0 grande vitesse qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un champ de force centrifuge. Cette force, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance de l&#039;air, permet de s\u00e9parer les particules grossi\u00e8res des particules fines\u00a0: les particules grossi\u00e8res sont projet\u00e9es vers l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur et renvoy\u00e9es au broyeur, tandis que les particules fines sont entra\u00een\u00e9es par le flux d&#039;air vers le syst\u00e8me de collecte, o\u00f9 elles constituent le produit fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux points techniques cl\u00e9s m\u00e9ritent d&#039;\u00eatre soulign\u00e9s ici\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contr\u00f4le D50\u00a0: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le D50 influe directement sur la taille maximale du produit. Il d\u00e9pend de la vitesse de la turbine et du volume d&#039;air, ainsi que de la concentration et de la dispersion du mat\u00e9riau dans la zone de classification. Une concentration d&#039;alimentation trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e r\u00e9duit la pr\u00e9cision de la classification, ce qui provoque des fuites de particules grossi\u00e8res. M\u00eame \u00e0 haute vitesse, des particules grossi\u00e8res peuvent subsister dans la poudre finie. La cause principale est souvent une concentration d&#039;alimentation inad\u00e9quate plut\u00f4t qu&#039;un dysfonctionnement de la machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de poudres fines : <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fonctionnement, certaines poudres fines sont entra\u00een\u00e9es par les particules grossi\u00e8res ou adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 leur surface, retournant ainsi dans le broyeur. De ce fait, les particules fines sont broy\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e. Ceci augmente non seulement la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie, mais peut \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une quantit\u00e9 excessive de micropoudres submicroniques. Incorpor\u00e9es au caoutchouc et aux plastiques, ces micropoudres sont souvent responsables de l&#039;augmentation de la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu et de la r\u00e9duction de la fluidit\u00e9 de transformation. La distribution granulom\u00e9trique est plus pertinente qu&#039;un seul param\u00e8tre de finesse.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le march\u00e9 utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la \u00ab\u00a0taille de maille\u00a0\u00bb pour indiquer la finesse des charges. Cependant, pour les charges en poudre ultrafine, c\u2019est la distribution granulom\u00e9trique qui influe r\u00e9ellement sur les performances d\u2019application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux produits \u00e0 base de carbonate de calcium dense pr\u00e9sentant des valeurs D50 identiques peuvent avoir des comportements tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents au sein d&#039;une m\u00eame formulation. Un produit \u00e0 granulom\u00e9trie \u00e9troite peut assurer une fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu plus stable lors du compoundage du polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP). \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, un produit \u00e0 granulom\u00e9trie large contient des particules grossi\u00e8res susceptibles d&#039;engendrer des d\u00e9fauts de surface sur les produits finis, ainsi que des micropoudres \u00e0 forte absorption d&#039;huile qui augmentent la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons\u00e9quent, pour de nombreuses applications, l&#039;objectif principal n&#039;est pas d&#039;obtenir une granulom\u00e9trie plus fine, mais une distribution rationnelle. Cet objectif est principalement atteint gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un circuit ferm\u00e9 de broyage, de classification et de rebroyage. Au sein de ce circuit ferm\u00e9, le classificateur joue le r\u00f4le de filtre\u00a0: seules les particules conformes sont autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 quitter le circuit, tandis que les particules grossi\u00e8res y retournent pour un broyage suppl\u00e9mentaire. Cette approche permet d&#039;\u00e9viter efficacement les fuites de particules grossi\u00e8res et le surbroyage des particules fines, deux probl\u00e8mes courants dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s en circuit ouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. L&#039;ajout d&#039;agents de traitement de surface \u00e0 un stade appropri\u00e9 du broyage ou du classement permet une modification in situ de ces surfaces fra\u00eeches hautement actives. Ceci permet d&#039;accro\u00eetre l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la modification ou de r\u00e9duire la dose d&#039;agent tout en conservant le m\u00eame niveau de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ce faire, des dispositifs de dosage appropri\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s \u00e0 la sortie du broyeur, dans la boucle de classification ou en amont du syst\u00e8me de collecte. Des param\u00e8tres tels que le dosage, l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;atomisation et la temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9lange doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision. L&#039;optimisation de ces param\u00e8tres de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 donne souvent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats pratiques qu&#039;un simple changement de type de modificateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le broyage et le classement sont des \u00e9tapes fondamentales du traitement des charges en poudre. Face \u00e0 la demande croissante de produits en caoutchouc et en plastique de haute qualit\u00e9, les professionnels du secteur doivent ma\u00eetriser ces principes. La ma\u00eetrise des m\u00e9canismes de broyage, le contr\u00f4le de la pr\u00e9cision du classement, l&#039;optimisation de la granulom\u00e9trie et le choix du moment opportun pour la modification de surface sont autant d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui cr\u00e9ent une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e. Plut\u00f4t que de se demander \u00ab\u00a0jusqu&#039;\u00e0 quelle finesse peut-on broyer\u00a0\u00bb, l&#039;enjeu est de d\u00e9terminer \u00ab\u00a0comment broyer de mani\u00e8re plus rationnelle\u00a0\u00bb.
