Seu formato de part\u00edcula \u00e9 fusiforme, acicular ou colunar, com tamanhos de part\u00edcula variando de 1 a 10 \u03bcm, sendo que 80% das part\u00edculas t\u00eam menos de 3 \u03bcm. Possui densidade de 2,65 g\/cm\u00b3. O carbonato de c\u00e1lcio leve \u00e9 usado principalmente em poliolefinas e possui efeitos semelhantes ao carbonato de c\u00e1lcio pesado, com melhores efeitos de intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o e melhor resist\u00eancia a \u00e1cidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio ativado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m conhecido como <a href=\"https:\/\/calcium-carbonate.epic-powder.com\/pt\/surface-modification\/\">carbonato de c\u00e1lcio modificado<\/a> ou carbonato de c\u00e1lcio coloidal. \u00c9 tratado com modificadores de superf\u00edcie (como \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico, cerca de 3% em peso) para ativar carbonato de c\u00e1lcio leve ou pesado. Pl\u00e1sticos preenchidos com carbonato de c\u00e1lcio ativado apresentam boa resist\u00eancia, superf\u00edcies lisas e excelente lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o, facilitando o processamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O carbonato de c\u00e1lcio \u00e9 classificado pelo tamanho das part\u00edculas da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20135 \u03bcm: Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio em micropart\u00edculas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,1\u20131 \u03bcm: Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio fino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,02\u20130,1 \u03bcm: Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio ultrafino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixo de 0,02 \u03bcm: Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio super ultrafino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para produzir carbonato de c\u00e1lcio ultrafino, utiliza-se um processo cont\u00ednuo de carbonata\u00e7\u00e3o por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o e secagem por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o (processo de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o dupla). Esse processo reduz os aglomerados aparentes e garante ativa\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme da superf\u00edcie. Tamb\u00e9m possui propriedades lubrificantes, reduzindo o desgaste em m\u00e1quinas e moldes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O p\u00f3 de talco \u00e9 uma carga em forma de placa, portanto, quando usado em pl\u00e1sticos, aumenta significativamente a rigidez e reduz a anisotropia. \u00c9 ideal para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos grandes e planos. As condi\u00e7\u00f5es e equipamentos de processamento s\u00e3o semelhantes aos usados para pl\u00e1sticos com carga de carbonato de c\u00e1lcio, incluindo m\u00e9todos de extrus\u00e3o, moldagem, inje\u00e7\u00e3o e calandragem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wollastonita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A wollastonita \u00e9 a terceira maior carga, depois do carbonato de c\u00e1lcio e do talco. \u00c9 feita de minerais de silicato naturais, como o silicato de c\u00e1lcio (CaSiO\u2083). A forma natural da wollastonita apresenta uma estrutura mista em forma de agulha, haste e granular, principalmente na forma de agulha. \u00c9 um mineral cristalino branco, n\u00e3o higrosc\u00f3pico, at\u00f3xico, com baixo coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica e excelente resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica. A wollastonita possui um \u00edndice de refra\u00e7\u00e3o de 1,62, pr\u00f3ximo ao do PVC, tornando-a ideal para produtos transparentes de PVC. Sua estrutura em forma de agulha refor\u00e7a pl\u00e1sticos e pode substituir parcialmente as dispendiosas fibras de vidro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A wollastonita \u00e9 usada em PVC, PP, PE, PA, poli\u00e9ster, resina ep\u00f3xi e resinas fen\u00f3licas. O caulim possui excelentes propriedades de isolamento el\u00e9trico e \u00e9 utilizado em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es como isolamento de PVC, cabos de PE e PP e filmes compostos. Quando o caulim 10% \u00e9 adicionado ao PVC, ele melhora o isolamento el\u00e9trico em 5 a 10 vezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caulim tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 usado em resinas de poli\u00e9ster e ep\u00f3xi para ajustar a viscosidade, melhorar a resist\u00eancia ao desgaste e aprimorar as propriedades de processamento. Tamb\u00e9m pode atuar como agente nucleante para PP e possui certos efeitos retardantes de chama. A quantidade adicionada normalmente varia de 5% a 60%, com um tamanho de part\u00edcula superior a 100 mesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mica \u00e9 um mineral complexo composto por alum\u00ednio, pot\u00e1ssio, l\u00edtio, magn\u00e9sio, ferro e outros elementos. O p\u00f3 de mica \u00e9 obtido pela tritura\u00e7\u00e3o de flocos de mica natural, com tamanhos de part\u00edcula tipicamente entre 8 e 10 \u03bcm e uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o comprimento\/largura de aproximadamente 30.
