Turbo Mill for Powder Coating
Powerful vortex flow field, instantly grinding and coating
The tapered rotor and stator are adopted, and the gap between the rotor and the stator can be adjusted; the powerful vortex flow field, the linear speed of the rotor can reach 120 m/s, which is especially suitable for the dispersion, reduction and crushing of agglomerated materials. The material is impacted, sheared and rubbed at high speed between the rotor and the stator to complete the grinding and coating process.
Turbo Mill Working Principle
The powder surface coating system is based on German expertise and Chinese equipment. It coats powders like calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, mica, and more. It works with coating agents such as aluminate, titanate, silane, and stearic acid. Coating machine consists of three units of mixing rooms. High-speed rotation creates great vortex flow inside these special-shaped rooms. Powder and coating agent are mixed in the high-speed gas-solid vortex flows. The coating machine has both surface coating and particle dispersing functions. It is suitable for various powders of different fineness. The machine uniquely coats light, bulky materials. The automatic temperature control system maintains a stable high temperature. This temperature is necessary for melting the coating agent into liquid. It also helps in mixing it with the uncoated powder. Powder and coating agent are heated and cooled in one machine. The machine does not require a separate cooling system. Coating agent is widely used, leading to a high rate of powder coating and activation grade. Energy consumption is low, and final coated product has few agglomerates. The system operates under negative pressure. It has no dust emission and low labor intensity.
